We would like to hear from you with any feedback you may have regarding your order or about any books or curricular materials you would like us to consider stocking.
We do not run Rainbow Books as a full time business, and so we may not be able to respond the same day to emails or answer machine messages. We try to answer the business phone when we can, but please do not worry if no one picks up. If your message is an inquiry, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If your message is an order, we will not get back to you, but will dispatch your order.
We are not able to carry large volumes of stock, and may at times need to place items on back-order. We recognise how annoying back-orders are, and want to minimise them, but please bear with us, especially as we are currently in the process of an extensive restock.
No goods are sent from orders made on this website until payment has been received. We do not offer terms of credit.
The Lord's Day
We do not take business calls or answer emails on the first day of the week. We do not take orders, distribute catalogues, make personal deliveries or allow personal collections on the Lord’s Day. However, we are happy to chat about spiritually helpful books, in general conversation when this may be of benefit.
