We aim to charge the actual postage, based on the total weight of the goods, with a small addition to cover the cost of packaging. As with our pricing, we want to be transparent. The Post Office do not consider anything we sell to be small letter size, and large letter only covers a single small book. Therefore the majority of orders will be charged at small package rates. We do not aim to make a profit from P&P.
All items are sent to you in good condition and great care is taken when your order is being packed. If any item is damaged in transit please take this up with the Post Office unless you feel the damage was caused by us.
We want you to be entirely happy with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received it and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You must cover the cost of the return postage and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please allow 28 days for delivery of non-back-ordered items. Delivery will normally be by the lowest priced postal delivery and will not be sent by registered or recorded mail. We are unable to accept any liability for non-delivery of your order.
